والإثنين والثلاثاء 8-9 كانون الأول: التهاني في قاعة الكنيسة في شكا من الساعة العاشرة صباحاً حتى الواحدة ظهراً ومن الساعة الرابعة بعد الظهر حتى الثامنة مساءً.
الجمعة والسبت 12- 13 كانون الأول: التهاني في دار مطرانية طرابلس المارونية (قلاّية الصليب) من الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر حتى السابعة مساءً.
الأحد 14 كانون الأول: القداس في كنيسة مار مارون في طرابلس عند الساعة العاشرة صباحاً، يليه تهاني في قاعة الكنيسة.
السيرة الذاتية للمونسنيور يوسف أنطوان سويف
من كهنة أبرشية طرابلس المارونية
وُلِدَ في شكّا في 14 تموز 1962.
إسم الأب: أنطوان فؤاد سويف.
إسم الأم: دنيز يوسف جرجس.
شقيقه وشقيقتاه: ريمون سويف ، ماري جان سويف وسيلفي عبيد.
سيم كاهنًا في شكّا على يد المثلث الرحمة المطران أنطون جبير في 5 أيلول 1987.
الدراساتلقد تابع دروس المرحلة الإبتدائية في مدارس شكا وفي معهد الرسل جونيه.
1974-1982: تابع الدروس التكميلية والثانوية في الإكليريكية البطريركية في غزير (مدرسة الحكمة – جديدة المتن).
1982-1987: تابع مرحلة الإكليريكية الكبرى في غزير، ونال إجازة في اللاهوت من جامعة الروح القدس في الكسليك؛ تابع أيضاً في الجامعة عينها دروساً في العلوم الموسيقية (بيانو).
1992: نال شهادة الدكتوراه في العلوم الكنسية المشرقية – قسم الليتورجيا من المعهد البابوي الشرقي في روما.
الخدمة الرعوية والكنسية1992: عُيِّنَ كاهنًا معاوناً في رعية شكّا وتركّزت خدمته على تفعيل العمل مع اللجان والحركات الرعوية؛ فقد كان في مرحلة الدراسة عضوًا في أخوية فرسان وطلائع العـذراء وفي جمعية كشافة لبنان ومرشدًا لهم فيما بعد؛ وكان أيضًا عضوًا في الحركة الرسولية المريمية ومرشدًا لرابطة كاريتاس ولجماعة إيمان ونور التي أسسها في شكا، كما أنشأ معهد التثقيف اللاهوتي للعلمانيين، وقام بترميم الكنائس والقاعات في الرعية.
1992: عيّنه المطران انطون جبير مندوباً للأبرشية في لجنة التحضير للسينودس من أجل لبنان، فعمل مع فريق من كهنة وعلمانيين على تفعيل أعمال السينودس في كلّ مناطق الأبرشية.
1994: عيّنه المثلث الرحمة المطران جبرائيل طوبيا مسؤولاً عن العمل الرسولي في الأبرشية.
1997: عيّنه المثلث الرحمة المطران يوحنا فؤاد الحاج نائبًا أسقفيًّا للشؤون الراعوية.
1998: عُيِّنَ خوري رعية مار مارون في طرابلس وتركّزت خدمته على:
تفعيل اللجان والحركات الرعوية؛ تفعيل التعاون المسكوني في طرابلس؛ التواصل مع العائلات الروحية على أسس الإحترام المتبادل والمشاركة في بعض المرافق الإجتماعية؛ إنشاء مكتبة مار مارون لنشر الثقافة المسيحية؛ تجديد نشاط الجمعيات والأندية منها: نادي الشبيبة الكاثوليكية CJC.
2000: عيّنه المطران يوحنا فؤاد الحاج نائبًا عامًّا للأبرشية ومُنسِّقًا للجانها ومجالسها. طالت الخدمة بشكل مباشر: المجالس واللّجان الأبرشية؛ تفعيل الحياة الروحية والرسولية؛ الإهتمام بالشأن الإجتماعي (كان مرشدًا لرابطة كاريتاس في طرابلس ومديرًا لمستوصف مار مارون ولمكتب التوظيف والخدمات)؛ الإهتمام بالشأن الثقافي ببُعديه اللآهوتي والإنساني.
2003: عُيِّنَ مندوباً للأبرشية في المجمع البطريركي الماروني وخبيرًا ليتورجيًّا.
2006: عيّنه سيادة المطران جورج بوجوده، نائبًا أسقفيًّا للشؤون الراعوية ومُنَسِّقًا لتفعيل المجمع البطريركي الماروني ومعاوناً لسيادته في البرامج الراعوية.
في 28 آذار 2008 انتُخِبَ رئيسًا للرابطة الكهنوتية في لبنان.
الخدمة الليتورجية1993: عيّنه صاحب الغبطة والنيافة الكردينال مار نصرالله بطرس صفير أميناً للسرّ في اللجنة البطريركية للشؤون الليتورجية.
1997: عيّنه سيادة المطران بطرس الجميّل أمينًا عامًّا لّلجنة الأسقفية للشؤون الليتورجية.
1997: ساهم في إعداد وتنسيق النصوص والاحتفالات الليتورجية في زيارة السعيد الذكر البابا يوحنّا بولس الثاني الى لبنان.
2001: عيّنه صاحب الغبطة والنيافة الكردينال مار نصرالله بطرس صفير نائبًا لرئيس اللجنة البطريركية للشؤون الليتورجية.
العلاقات مع الكنيسة في الخارجلديه علاقات ونشاطات رعوية مع بلدان متعدّدة أبرزها: إيطاليا، ألمانيا، فرنسا، إنكلترا، الولايات المتّحدة الأميركية، اليونان وقبرس.
تسلّم مسؤولية تنسيق الزيارات المتبادلة والمشاريع المشتركة بين أبرشية طرابلس المارونية وأبرشية نانسي- تول الفرنسية.
القطاع الأكاديميمنذ سنة 1992 يُحاضر في العلوم الليتورجية في جامعة الروح القدس في الكسليك – معهد الليتورجيا؛ وفي الجامعة الأنطونية – فرع كرم سدّه؛ وجامعة سيدة اللويزةً في الشمال وجامعة الحكمة.
سنة 2007 شارك في أعمال علميّة، ومحاضرات حول تاريخ الاصلاح الليتورجي الماروني وايضاً حول الحوار الديني في لبنان والشرق الأوسط في جامعة السوربون في باريس (EPHE).
اللغات: يتكلّم العربية والفرنسية والايطالية والإنكليزية واليونانية الحديثة؛ يلمّ بالألمانية والإسبانية؛ يستخدم في الدراسات اليونانية واللاتينية والسريانية.
إصدارات: لديه مجموعة من المقالات والمحاضرات في الشؤون الليتورجية والراعوية و التربوية والاجتماعية ذات الطابع العام والمتخصّص وهي حوالَي الخمسون. منها:

A priest of the Maronite diocese of Tripoli
He was born in Chekka in the 14 of July 1962.
Father's name: Antoine Fouad SOUEIF.
Mother's name: Denise Youssef GERGES.
Brother and sisters: Raymond SOUEIF, Marie-Jeanne SOUEIF and Sylvie OBEID.
5 September 1987: He was ordained priest in Chekka, by the Archbishop Antoun JOUBEIR.
Education:He completed his elementary studies at the schools of Chekka and at the “Collège des Apôtres” - Jounieh.
1974-1982: He completed the complementary and high school studies at the minor patriarchal Seminary of Saint Maron in Ghazir (Sagesse School-Jdaidet Al-Maten).
1982-1987: He attended the Major Seminary in Ghazir, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Theological Studies at the Holy Spirit University in Kaslik. He also took musical courses (piano).
1992: He received his doctorate in Eastern Ecclesiastical Studies-liturgy, from the Pontifical Oriental Institute in Rome.
Ecclesiastical and pastoral Services1992: He was named Priest’s Assistant in the parish of Chekka, and his service was centered on the following: Making spiritual instructions with the committees and pastoral movement. During his studies he was member of the Knights and the van Guards of the Virgin and the Scouts of Lebanon, later their chaplain. He was also member of the Apostolical Marial Movement and Chaplain of Caritas and the association faith and light whose he is the founder in Chekka.
He founded the Spiritual and Pastoral Center for Laity; The Restoration of the churches and halls in the parish.
1992: He was nominated “Delegate of the Diocese”, at the committee preparing the Synod for Lebanon, by the Archbishop, Antoun JOUBEIR, and together with a group of clergy and laity was responsible for activating the synod in all the regions of the diocese.
1994: He was nominated “responsible” of the missionary activities in the diocese by the Archbishop Gebrayel TOUBIA.
1997: He was nominated an Episcopal Vicar for Pastoral Affairs by the Archbishop Youhanna Fouad EL-HAJJ.
1998: He was named priest of Saint Maron parish in Tripoli, and his service was centered on the following: Activating the committees and the pastoral movements; Promoting the ecumenism relationship in Tripoli; Communicating with the different religious families, on the basis of mutual respect and sharing in some social and human activities; The foundation of Saint Maron Library for the promulgation of the Christian culture; Reactivating of Catholic Clubs as « Cercle de la Jeunesse Catholique » (CJC).
2000: He was nominated, Vicar General of the diocese and co-coordinator of its committees and councils by the Archbishop Youhanna Fouad EL-HAJJ. His service was directed towards: The diocese’s committees and councils; The effectiveness of the spiritual and missionary life; Taking care of the social aspect (the administration of Saint Maron Dispensary, and the recruitment Office and also the chaplain of Caritas Tripoli); The cultural task in theological and human aspects.
2003: He was nominated “Delegate” of the diocese and “Liturgical Expert” at the Maronite Patriarchal Synod.
2006: He was nominated, an Episcopal Vicar for the Pastoral Affairs and a co-coordinator to promote the Maronite Patriarchal Synod, and Assistant for planning the pastoral diocesan program by His Excellency Mgr George BOU JAOUDE.
On 28 March 2008 he was elected president of the sacerdotal league in Lebanon.
Liturgical Task1993: His Beatitude, Cardinal Mar Nassrallah Boutros SFEIR, appointed him secretary of the Patriarchal Liturgical Commission.
1997: He was nominated General Secretary of the Episcopal Liturgical Commission by His Excellency Mgr Boutros GEMAYEL.
1997: He participated in the preparation of the liturgical texts and the coordination of the celebrations during the visit of the
Pope John Paul II, to Lebanon.
2000: He was nominated, Vice President of the Patriarchal Liturgical Commission by His Beatitude, Cardinal Mar Nassrallah Boutros SFEIR.
Relationships with the worldwide churchSince the year 1988, he established relationships and pastoral activities with many countries some of which are: Italy, Germany, France, England, United States of America, Greece and Cyprus.
Since the year 1997, he assumed the responsibilities of co-coordinating the mutual visits and projects between the Maronite Diocese of Tripoli and Nancy-Toul diocese in France,
Academic ActivitiesSince the year 1992, he has lectures in the liturgical sciences at the Holy Spirit University in Kaslik- The Liturgical Institute, and AL- Antonyya University-Karm Saddeh Branch, Notre Dame University – Louaize – North Lebanon Campus and Sagesse University.
In 2007, he participated in some academic activities and seminars relating to the maronite liturgical reforms, and the religious dimensions in Lebanon and the Middle East, at the Sorbonne University (EPHE).
Languages: Arabic, French, Italian, English, and Modern Greek, familiar with the German and Spanish; he used in studies Greek, Latin and Syriac.

Il est né à Chekka le 14 juillet 1962.
Nom du père: Antoine Fouad SOUEIF.
Nom de la mère: Denise Youssef GERGES.

Etudes1974-1982 : Il poursuivit ses études complémentaires et secondaires près le petit Séminaire Patriarcal Maronite de Ghazir (Ecole de la sagesse – Jdaydet El Matin).
1982-1987 : Il poursuivit sa formation près le Grand Séminaire de Saint Maron - Ghazir et les couronna par une Licence en théologie de l’Université de Saint Esprit de Kaslik ou il suivit des cours de musique (piano).
1992 : Il a obtenu son doctorat en Sciences Ecclésiastiques Orientales – section de la liturgie, à l’Institut Pontifical Oriental à Rome.
Service pastoral et ecclésiastique1992 : Il est nommé prêtre auxiliaire à la paroisse de Chekka ; Service qui fut centré sur l’activation de la collaboration avec les comités et les mouvements paroissiaux. Durant ses études, il était membre des chevaliers et de l’avant garde de Marie ainsi que de l’association des scouts du Liban. Il était aussi membre du Mouvement Apostolique Marial, et l’aumônier de l’association foi et lumière dont il est le fondateur à Chekka.
Il a créé le centre de formation spirituelle et pastorale pour les laïcs ; et a restauré des églises et des salles paroissiales.
1992 : Il fut nommé par l’Archevêque JOUBEIR délégué du diocèse auprès le comité de préparation pour le Synode pour le Liban ; or il collabora avec une équipe de clergés et de laïcs dans le but d’activer les travaux du Synode dans toutes les régions du diocèse.
1994 : Il fut nommé responsable de l’activité missionnaire dans le diocèse par l’Archevêque Gebrael TOUBIA.
1997 : Il fut nommé par l’Archevêque Youhanna Fouad Al-HAJJ Vicaire Episcopal pour les affaires pastorales dans le diocèse.
1998 : Il est nommé curé de la paroisse Saint Maron à Tripoli ; Service qui fut centré essentiellement sur : L’activation des comités et mouvements paroissiaux. L’activation des relations œcuméniques ; La communication avec les différentes familles religieuses sur la base du respect mutuel et à travers la participation à certaines activités d’ordre social et humanitaire ; La création de la librairie de Saint Maron dans le but de la promotion de la culture chrétienne ; Le Renouveau des associations catholiques entre autre le Cercle de la Jeunesse Catholique CJC.
2000 : Il fut nommé par l’Archevêque Youhanna Fouad El-HAJJ Vicaire Général du diocèse et coordonnateur de ses comités et conseils. Cette fonction s’étendit sur : Les commissions et les comités du diocèse ; L’activation de la vie spirituelle et apostolique ; L’aspect social, particulièrement à travers, la direction du dispensaire de St Maron et du bureau d’emploi et de recrutement et aumônier de Caritas – Tripoli ; L’aspect culturel dans ses dimensions théologique et humaine.
2003 : Il fut nommé délégué du diocèse et expert liturgique au synode patriarcal maronite.
2006 : Il est nommé par S.E. Mgr Georges BOU JAOUDE Vicaire Episcopal pour les affaires pastorales et responsable de l’activation des actes du synode patriarcal et assistant à Son Excellence dans les projets pastoraux.
28 Mars 2008 : Il est élu président de l’amical du clergé au Liban.

1997 : Il contribua à l’élaboration des textes et à l’organisation des célébrations liturgiques lors de la visite du Pape Jean-Paul II au Liban.
2001 : Il est nommé par Sa Béatitude et Eminence, Le Cardinal Mar Nasrallah Boutros SFEIR, Vice-président de la commission patriarcale des affaires liturgiques.
Relations avec l’Eglise à l’étrangerDepuis 1988, il a établit des relations ainsi que des activités paroissiales dans plusieurs pays, notamment : l’Italie, l’Allemagne, la France, l’Angleterre, les Etats-Unis, La Grèce et Chypre.
Depuis 1997, il est responsable de la coordination des visites d’échanges et des projets communs du diocèse de Tripoli et celui de Nancy-Toul en France.
Activités académiques Depuis 1992, il est conférencier des sciences liturgiques à l’Université Saint-Esprit de Kaslik- Institut de liturgie, et à l’Université Antonine, branche Karm Saddé et ainsi qu’à l’université Notre Dame de Louaize Campus du Nord et à l’Université de la Sagesse.
En 2007 il a participé à travers ses interventions au séminaire de recherches à la Sorbonne (EPHE), sur l’histoire de la réforme liturgique maronite et sur le dialogue islamo- chrétien au Liban et au Moyen Orient.
Langues : L’arabe, le français, l’italien, l’anglais, le grec moderne, l’allemand et l’espagnol. Il utilise dans les recherches le grec, le latin et le syriaque.
