Dear Mark,
Thank you for your interest in our Translator/Interpreter position with
US Army. I have to regretfully inform you that you will not be qualified
for this program which you applied or may be simply just ask for,
because your language skills are suspended until further notice for this
particular job: (However, you may still qualify to enlist in Army under
a different Military Occupational Specialty)
09L Translator/Interpreter:
The most important highlight of this program will require you to:
* Enlist or join the Army (8 years of Military Obligation Service
in Case of crisis or emergencies).
* You must be a Citizen or a Green Card holder
* Age must be between 17 - 42 years old
* High school diploma
* In good health
* You must be able to relocate (Deploy)
* Your ability to speak, read, and write one or more of the
following languages:
Afghan (Pashto), (Dari) and Iranian (Farsi).
