Dear Sir/ Ma'am
I am writing to you regarding my case (myself and my family), I would like to know the updates on my case regarding our security clearance, and did I get the final decision or not in addition I would like to know if they would need to get our medical test done again because we have done it in January 09. I would like to know if their medical test is still valid or it's has been expired and we will need to redo it again and I want inform you I still don't have my baby's birth certificate and I will get it from hospital in next days and anyway I attached his Biographical information also I want to know if you are going to schedule a new medical test and the jury again for all of us or only the new baby.
