NOTE: In most cases applicants will have to arrange their own entry
to the IZ and transportation to the clinic. There is limited escorting
available for single applicants or two-member families. This will be
done from the check point at the 14th of July Bridge in Baghdad.
Please inquire about this when you make your appointment, if you
are a single applicant or two-member family.
Each applicant must bring to the interview their jensiya, Iraqi
passport, appointment letter from NVC, two passport-sized photos,
all medical documents and reports (chronic disease card), and
immunization records.
