thanks to all whom participated in that subject . as salama leliraq said it is not abig problem to have ahouse in america .i agree with that to some extent . what i do mean yes it is very easy to have a house but sometimes buying a house becomes really a disaster .all the issue is connected to ur monthly income . dont forget these 2 words ur monthly income . there r dozens of americans who lost their houses and lost every cent they paid to have their houses in the last 3 years during recession .the problem is not to have a house >>>the problem is how to keep this house?
? how to keep ur monthly payment ? how to keep ur job ? many americans lost their houses inspite of the thousands of dollars they paid to have these houses
why did that happened to them ? it happened bec they were depending on their jobs >on their monthly income to pay the bank its money back . when they lost that monthly income >> the bank wanted its money back>>>>they dont have it > what the bank should do ?the bank sold the house with cheap money in auctions (for closure) to other people who have money to pay the bank and those who paid thousands of dollars for long years lost their houses . as simple as that .again the problem is not to have the house >>> the problem is how to keep ur house ? how to keep ur job ? how to keep ur monthly income ?? think of it well . at anytime u will not be able to pay the monthly payments >> the bank will take the house from u >> sell it in auction and give u nothing >>> finally u will be ended with down closure by the bank . think of it very well before u go in such athing .
