السلام عليكم ايها الطيبين العراقيين المهجرين الشاكين امورهم وامور بلدهم لله وفي كل مكان
لدي الاسئله التاليه وساكون شاكرا لسعة قلبكم وتحملكم لاسالتي التي يقترن بها مصير عائلتي الكبيره يحفظنا الله وعوائلكم جميعا فان تواجد من يستطيع الاجابه فليفعل وان لم يستطع ليترك لغيره المجال بذلك وجزاكم الله الف خير مقدما :-
• ا) فحبيت اعرف ماهو الفرق بين الذي يقدم كلاجئ عادي والذي عمل مثلا مع الصحافه او الذين يحق لهم التقديم لبرنامج التوطين بامريكا المسمى يو اس راب
USRAPوقدمت لبرنامج لانني عملت في مجال الصحافه وللاسف هددت لعملي
• ب) كم هي تكاليف الدراسه لكلية الطب او كم تكلف السنه الدراسيه الواحده بالنسبه للذين يوافقوا عليه التوطين بامريكا وكذلك تكاليف الدراسه للمدارس الثانويه الصف الرابع العلمي كمثل لما اذكره
• ج) طبعا انني اريد ان احسبها زين قبل ان اخطي وساكون ممنون منكم لو اجبتم على اسالتي حتى نحسبها قبل مانتورط ومثلما نسمع من كثيرين الذين عانوا من قلة التخطيط اللي معظمنا كعراقيين نفتقده حالنا حال البطاقة التموينيه اللي بقدرة قادر كنا ولانزال نعتمد عليها ولله الحمد والشكر دوما ومن دون شك. المهم في حالة وافقوا عليه للتوطين بامريكا باذن الله طبعا فهل يحق لي انا مثلا ولوحدي بعد وصولي لامريكا من ان اترك عائلتي هناك بامريكا بعد شهر او شهر ونص لارجع لشغلي المتواجد هنا في دبي والاستمرار بعملي بدل ماراح اتبهذل بالبحث عن سبوبة للرزق في مكان فيه بطالة كثيره وازمة اقتصاديه عالميه وخلال ستة شهور ارجع لامريكا حتى لااخالف قانون الهجره اللي لازم اتواجد لفترة لاتزيد عن ستة شهور خارج امريكا حالها حال معظم قوانين الهجره بالعالم .
• د)هل هناك يعرف مواعيد تواجد او كيف يعرف مواعيد تواجد هيئة المحلفين في دولة الامارات او تركيا حتى نصبر نفسنا بالامل لانهاء شئ نتمنى ان ينتهي بما هو خير لنا وللجميع التوفيق ودمتم سلمين غانمين اللهم امين بجاه رب العالمين

It is actually ment for those who might have proper good answers or even for certain people who are already settled over there ( in USA ) who might pass My humble questions to their Immigration Officer who is handling their settling case in USA .

Greetings and good day to you all,
Actually this is the first time for me to write something on this good website of yours and my questions to all who probably knows , I am in need of their guidance which will assist me a lot to decide on my future ( off course it subject to approval to immigrate to USA), hence will appreciate a lot if can revert back to me on the under mentioned queries which is summarized as follows :-
1) What are the differences between people who submitted their Refugee application to the IOM as normal Refugees/Asylum Seekers to USA and those who had submitted their applications to the USRAP Program to immigrate to USA and what are their actual eligibilities for both programs ( Normal Refugee & USRAP Refugees program ) ?
2) What are the fees for attending Medical College/University, or how much do we have to pay for each Semester?
3) I have a good post/work life down here and if for any reason that I do not intend to give it away or may be loose it , the question is this , if I decided to settle at USA then am I able to leave USA after 1- 1.5 months of my arrival there and fly back to my work here in Dubai after leaving my family members behind ( USA ) avoiding the hustle of locating a job in a place where the majority nowadays are jobless & seeking for a job to make a living ( off course baring in mind that I should not leave USA for more than 6 months in a time otherwise the Visa will no longer be valid and also self & family members might loose their chance to get the Green Card after one year residence) .
4) I had conducted the 2nd interview at Jordan April 2010 and I was supposed to have the Jury interview at Jordan-Amman on 20th August 2010 but for some reasons IOM Amman decided that my case has been transferred to Turkey and I have been waiting ever since to this 3rd interview which is supposed to be with the USCIS Jury, can anyone tell me how long does it take to hear any news about it also on whether the interview will be conducted here at United Arab Emirates – Dubai or Turkey
