اما مالة البارحة للرابس نت فهذا نصه:
Dear Sir/Madam
I have a question:
I noticed this sentence in your reply,
"Please be advised that in order to qualify for Department of State resettlement benefits, you must arrive to the U.S. on an IOM arranged flight. If you arrive to the U.S. on your own flight, you will be found ineligible for Department of State resettlement benefits upon your arrival to the U.S."
My question is, if an applicant gets interviewed in a country (Iraq for instance) and receives his/her visa in that same country, but he/she leaves that country to another one (say, Jordan or Europe) before he/she gets contacted by the IOM (for example for it's dangerous for him/her to stay there)
Will that be considered a violation for trying to get the department of state benefits??
I need an answer as soon as possible please
رأستا اجاني اوتوريبلاي سري بيه هواي حجي ميصير انشره هنا لان هواي شغلات مال كبار وهمه كايلين لا تكوووووووووووووووووول

Thank you for your inquiry.
Please note that important changes have recently been implemented that
will affect how your case for Department of State resettlement benefits
is processed. As of July 2010, your case for Department of State
benefits may be processed either by the Refugee Processing Center (RPC),
or by an Overseas Processing Entity (OPE).
* If your visa will be processed by the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad,
Amman, Cairo or Damascus, your case for Department of State benefits
will be handled by OPE Amman. Your email will be forwarded to the OPE.
* If your visa will be processed by the U.S. Embassy in Ankara
or Beirut, your case for Department of State benefits will be handled by
OPE Istanbul. Your email will be forwarded to the OPE.
* If your visa will be processed by a U.S. Embassy in any other
location, your case for Department of State benefits will be handled by
the RPC. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as we can. Please note
that inquiries are answered in the order in which they are received.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this only applies to new cases received by
the RPC on or after July 9, 2010. If you have submitted benefits
documents to the National Visa Center (NVC), they will be forwarded to
the RPC or OPE. You will be informed as to which entity will process
your case for benefits. You do not need to take further action until you
are contacted

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your email. Please be advised that your case processing has been completed.
Your final destination in the U.S. will be XXXXXXXXXX, New Jersey.
We will be forwarding your case to IOM for travel arrangements this Monday, 02 August 2010. IOM will then contact you within 2 weeks of this date
(بالحقيقة تلث اربع ايام مثل كل القبلنه)
to discuss your travel arrangements with you. Please be aware that your IOM travel arrangements to the U.S.
can be arranged from Iraq or another location. Should you change your current location from Iraq, please immediately inform us and provide us your new address/location and telephone number.
Please be aware that the validity of your SIV visa will not be affected, should you decide to travel on vacation/holiday to another country.
However, in order to qualify for Department of State resettlement benefits, you must arrive to the U.S. on an IOM arranged flight.(يعني حتى لو تروح تصيف على بعد مترتين من المياه الاقليمية الامريكية فهم يطيروك مناك وماكو مشكلة بس اهم شي ما تدخل لامريكا بدون الاي او ام او على حسابك لا سامح الله

)
We will provide you with more information this Monday, 02 August 2010, after we have forwarded your case to IOM for travel. If you have any travel concerns or requests (travel at a certain time, or date), please discuss this with IOM when they contact you.
Kind Regards,
Refugee Processing Center
