مقترح اعلان الحداد العام لغاية نهاية العام  والغاء الاحتفالات

Suggestion for A National mourning days should be in effect immediately until the end of this year.

We found peace and happiness in diaspora regardless of what is tragecally happenning to us in our homeland. All we can do is celebrating our big tragedy continuously likewise celebrating this coming new year 2011, or getting busy with nonsense meetings, and above all of these, shamefully, we never stop partying as if who is being slaughtered in iraq in last October 31 of this year, only one month ago, means nothing for us!!
Which kind of unity message is that where the 43 Assyrians slaughtered in the syrian rites church and none of the coming holidays celebrations were cancelled.. Atleast for this year!!

As an urgent matter to think seriously about our fate as a nation and until we find a solution to our tragedy, a National mourning days should be in effect immediately until the end of this year.

When shall we start nationally having real feelings for each other? The killing point in our tragedy is not only "we lost it all without shame" but it is because we have no shame anymore!! Look to those who will be in the night clubs celebrating the new year while the blood of our Martyrs is not dried yet!! This is a very simple case of how some Assyrians if not most, are driven by their motto " who cares!" collectively wrongfully responding to such tragedy showing no respect.

43 dead in a political event comparing to our population is a national mourning event and certaily will be passed through, unnoticeably (as usuall), as if everything is OK and what was left is to celebrate!! Life must goes on!!!!!!!

Frankly, Assyrians have been framed as partying people, Assyrians were driven to parties like no day after tomorrow!!!!!!!
Are we missing something here!!!
