1) A completed Form I-360 application. فورمه 360 مطبوعه وكامله

وهذه يريد منك الركونديشن اتوصيات التي على ضوئها اعطوك الكوم (واج ار )التى تثبت انك اشتغلت اكثر من سنه
4)A copy of the attached "Special Immigrant Visa Chief of Mission (SIVCOM) Approval for SIV Status" letter
وهذه يريد منك رساله الكوم ابروفل نفسهه التي جائتك مع رساله التهنئه البي دي اف المحمله مع الرساله
