We reviewed the forms and documents submitted with your Chief of Mission (COM) application. The following documents, however, are still required to complete your application:
Question 15 on the submitted form DS-157, Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application, indicates that you did not serve in the Iraqi Military. Please provide a detailed explanation attesting to the avoidance of service in the Iraqi Military.
It appears that you are (or were) employed by Global Linguist Solutions (GLS). In order for our office to obtain the letter of verification of employment, you must first contact the GLS Office in writing to request a letter be provided to us, and set up a meeting with a GLS representative nearest you. You may reach GLS by e-mail at
ISMO-LN-SIV@gls-1.com We are unable to complete the processing of your Chief of Mission (COM) application without the verification of employment. Therefore, we strongly urge you to contact GLS as soon as possible.
