السلام عليكم


طبعا هذا الموضوع صارلي 8 اشهر واكع وراه ونزلت مواضيع بخصوصه بس ملكيت اجابة مؤكدة لكن اليوم استلمت الجواب الاكيد من السفارة الامريكية شباب كلنا نعرف هواي من الاخوة يجون لامريكا ويرجعون للعراق بدون اصدار الترفل دوكيومنت او الري انتري فيزة وهم لايحماون الكرين كارد سوا الوايت كارد  لاسباب عديدة يرجعون للعراق ويكون رجوعهم لامريكا صعب بس مو مستحيل وواحد من اللي اعرفهم احد اقاربي المهم اليوم حصلت من السفارة بعض النقاط المهمة اللي تهم الذين هم بالعراق ويردون الرجوع

If you haven’t remained outside of the U.S. for more than one year you may file Form I-131 for a Refugee Travel Document with the USCIS Regional Office in Rome, Italy.

 

The US Consular Section in Baghdad may assist you with the payment of the fees and the fingerprinting (there is a biometrics fee of USD 85.00).

 

You were scheduled for fingerprinting at the Consular Section of the US Embassy in Baghdad on 30-OCT-2012 at 10:00 am. Please bring with you the following documents:

 

-          Passport (if available)

-          Jansiyah, your Iraqi ID

-          Your Employment authorization card if available; Copy of the refugee transportation letter with you A number;

-          Your Social Security card

-          Any US issued photo ID (if available)

-          You should be ready to pay the processing fee of $135.00 for filing Form I-131 and the biometrics fee of $85.00 at the Consular Cashiers at the time of this appointment

 

The following documentation is required for the I-131 application packet:

 

            USD 135.00 fees for applicants over 16 years of age and USD 105.00 for applicants under 16 to be paid by certified check or money order according to the instructions posted in our website. Alternatively you may pay the fees at Post (US Embassy) and mail the fee receipt to our office;
            Evidence of last departure from the United States ;
            A statement indicating why applicant remained outside of the United States since the date of his/her last departure;
            A statement indicating why applicant left the United States without a valid Refugee Travel Document;
            Form I-131 with original signature for each applicant
            Two (2) U.S. passport size photographs (the scanned photos are not acceptable);
            Two (2) FD-258 fingerprint cards (for applicants ages 14-79 inclusive);

اي ممتاز وفرصة ذهبية للي اتورط ورجع  وبعدين تندم

والاشياء اللي طالبيها ابدا مو تعجيزية  ومقدور عليها بس لازم الشخص المعني يقدم عذر مقنع عن سبب المغادرة بدون الترفل دوكيومنت وسبب التأخر بالعودة و وحسب ما نعرف بحصوص الدوكيومنت الاعذار غالبا ما تكون حالات الامراض القاتلة اوالحوادث (لاحد افراد العائلة المقربين في العراق) واللي قدتؤدي للوفاة  ضمن حدودمدة معينة ولا تحتمل التأخير  او مشاكل مالية قانونية عالقة والخوف من اصدار مذكرة القاء قبض عن طريق الانتربول فيضطر الشخص للمغادرة بالسرعة اللازمة  لحل المشاكل وطبعا  تتطلب ادلة واثباتات حتى لو كانت وصولات امانة

اما الاعذار بالتاخر بالعودة فغالبا ما تكون تقارير طبية او عذر مفنع

هية لل IOM لان ابو SIV ما يحتاج للترفل دوكيومنت الا اذا ظل خارج الولايات اكثر من سنة الى سنتين لكن  اذا ظل اكثر من 6 اشهر الى سنة يضايقوه بالرجعة بالولايات والضابط بالمطار عنده صلاحية انه يسحب الكرين كارد
والتعليمات تكول
