2. Both sides of Jensia for you and for each person on the case.
3. Employment Verification
The applicant must forward an employment verification email or PDF letter from their U.S. supervisor or company official. The e-mail or letter must include the following information:
Employee name:
Company name:
Beginning and end dates of employment:
Position title:
Confirmation that employee is currently (or resigned) in good standing
Name, title, email and phone number of company HR officer or supervisor (the email address must be an official one – not yahoo, Gmail, MSN, hotmail, etc.)
If didn't work directly with a US company, you are kindly requested to send us the contract between your company and the US Government in addition to a recommendation letter which proves your employment with company.
Alternately, you may forward a copy of your contract or a recommendation letter; however, if you do this you must also send contact information for your former or current American supervisor.
Once we have received this letter, we can proceed.
IMPORTANT: please be advised that your qualifying family members are the following: parents, spouse, children (any age, married or single), grandchildren (under 21 and single), brothers and sisters (any age, married or single), brothers and sisters’ spouses, and nieces and nephews (under 21 and single.) In order for grandchildren, nieces and nephews to qualify, they must be on the application with their parents.
If you wish to include any of the above family members in your case and have not yet done so, please send us their biographical information and jensias IMMEDIATELY. If you do not include them in your case now, they will have to be issued a separate case number in the future.
- Please note that it's essential to have a valid passport issued and ready once you are scheduled for travel.
