للمهتمين بالحصول على المساعدات والطيران على ان يرسلوا خلال فترة 10 ايام من تاريخ حصولهم على الفيزا ومثلما مكتوب على مراحل الاس اي في على موقع السفارة
حيث المفروض للاشخاص الذين يحصلوا على الفيزا ان يعملوا سكان كوبي للفيزا ومعها نسخة الفورم DS-234 الموقعه من قبل صاحب العلاقه- الكيس ويرسلوها الى العناوين ادناه :-

Please return a scanned copy of this page only and the Special Immigrant Visa Biodata Form (DS-0234) to the National Visa Center via email at
NVCSIV@state.govor to the Refugee Processing Center via email at
siv@wrapsnet.org as soon as possible but no later than 10 calendar days after your visa issuance date. In addition, you must submit a scanned copy of your SIV as soon as possible but not later than 30 calendar days prior to visa expiration. You should not wait to submit this form and the Special Immigrant Biodata Form until your visa is issued. All three items must be received by the NVC or the RPC prior to the deadlines indicated above. Failure to do so will result in the denial of any future request for Department of State-funded refugee benefits
