بالحقيقة قمت بارسال رساله له وحتى ملفات الركومنديشن ورسالة الاستاناف وبعض الصور لكي يهتم بالقضية ولكن لم ارسلها للبريد المجاني او بريد المنظمة

Salam Iraqi SIV's and SIV Applicants. I would like to take this time to introduce myself to you and to say what I hope to accomplish on this webpage. My name is Ronald Payne and I am a Special Consultant and Subject Matter Expert as it pertains to the Special Immigrant Visa Program and the Immigration and Resettlement of Foriegn Nationals who have United States Government, Coalition Forces, and/or International Government Organization and/or Non-Governmental Organization Affiliations in support of the Global War on Terrorism and/or the Overseas Contingency Operations.

My Credentials include but are not limited to (1) In my Military Capacity I am a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army where I serve as a Nurse and as a Special Consultant and Subject Matter Expert in support of the Special Immigrant Visa Program for Iraqi and Afghan Linguists and Cultural Advisors. In this capacity my "Client" is the United States Government, (2) In my Civilian Capacity (Off-Duty from the Military) I am the Director of Special Projects with the God of Abraham Ministries and Charities (which is a combined Muslim-Christian-Jewish Religious and Humanitarian Assistance Organization) and the Founder and Leader of its Auxillery Organization, the Allied Freedom Project (which is a NGO that has the mission to assist Foriegn Nationals who were employed by, on behalf of, or otherwise assisted, the United States Government, a Coalition Force, or an International Governmental or Non-Governmental Organization in support of the Global War on Terrorism and/or the Overseas Contingency Operations. In that capacity my Client is "YOU", (3) I have been involved in the SIV Program in both my military and civilian capacities since early 2007, and I have been involved to a greater or lesser degree in about 3500 SIV and SIV Application Cases, Special Refugees with USG Affiliation Cases (IOM), and Traditional Refugee and Asylum Cases where the Asylum Applicant was an Iraqi or Afghan LCA, and (4) In both of my capacities I also frequently provide Special Consultant and Subject Matter Expertise to Federal, State, and Local Government Officials and Community Leaders as it pertains to the SIV Program and the Immigration and Resettlement of Foriegn National Linguists and Cultural Advisors and other Foriegn Nationals with United States Government, Coalition Force, and/or IGO/NGO Affiliations that furthered the National Security Interests of the United States Government. Likewise, about once or twice a year I am requested to serve as an Expert Witness and/or Subject Matter Expert in the United States Immigration Court (usually Asylum Cases) where I typically provide testimony as to the threats that LCA's are subjected to as a result of their service in support of the USG, a Coalition Force, and/or an IGO/NGO's operating in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the likeihood that the LCA would be tortured and/or killed if captured by Enemy Forces and/or Criminal Elements in Iraq or Afghanistan... In short, for the past 7 years I have been involved in just about every aspect of the SIV Program from the initial SIV Application to becoming a United States Citizen and everything in-between...

In addition to my SIV Activities with the USG and the Allied Freedom Project (which I have to stress are two completely separate and distinct entities, and nothing stated herein should be construed to be an endorsement in support of one or the other) and my affiliation as an Assistant Administrator on this Webpage, I am also an Assistant Administrator on the Afghan SIV Applicants Association Webpage.

My "activities" involve all aspects of the Immigration and Resettlement Process, and for time allocation, 1/3 of my time is dedicated to the Immigration Phase, and the other 2/3 of my time is dedicated to the Resettlement Phase. After 7 years of doing SIV, Refugee, and Asylum work, I have seen what has worked and how things can go terribly wrong. The key to learning these lessons is to replicate what has gone well and to avoid what has gone wrong...

In this regard, there is many things that I am going to say, and while much of what I'm going to say, you will not understand at first, every lesson that I teach will build upon the last class, and trust me when I say that everything that I say or teach has a reason and a purpose. A person must learn to crawl before they can walk, and to walk before they can run...

Second, I will be absolutely honest with you, brutially honest in American Terms, even to the point where you may think I am being rude or mean, but I am not trying to insult or offend you, I am trying to help you, and sometimes providingthat help requires a sharp tongue and a heavy hand... there is an old Iraqi saying that goes "your true friend will make you cry"... Once again, I'm dedicated to this endevor, and it is my intention to help you by way of teaching, coaching, and mentoring, and if the price of your success costs a hurt feeling or a bruised ego, so be it, that is the price that YOU will have to pay if you want the knowledge that I am willing to give you for free. The only thing that I expect in return is what any Teacher should reasonably expect from their Students, and that is to be polite and respectful... I also expect that any knowledge that I give you, that you will in turn will use that knowledge to not only help yourself, but that you will also use that knowedge to help your fellow Iraqi SIV's and SIV Applicants.

Additionally, this Webpage was created by an Iraqi SIV Applicant, I am only an Assistant Administrator and a Guest Teacher, Coach, and Mentor. This is YOUR Webpage and YOUR SIV and SIV Applicant Community. Furthermore, while I am more than willing to provide as much assistance as I can to you, please keep this in mind, my time is very limited and I'm trying to use what little time that I have to provide as much help I can to as many people as I can, and almost 90% of your questions can be answered and your requests for assistance can be satisfied if you only follow the Posts that I will be Posting over the next 30 to 90 days. Likewise, except in the most extraordinary cases, my response time to answer a personal email is averaging about one to two weeks, and requests to prepare and/or review any SIV Applications or other Immigration/Resettlement Documents and/or Forms is averaging one to three months. However, I will answer any Questions Posted on the webpage within a few dayst most, I only request that any questions openly posted do NOT contain any Personally Identifiable Information (ie. Do NOT state your real name, an exact location, stuff like that), USG Secrets or Sensitive Information, or anything else that could be used by the Bad People...

Finally, The SIV Process is a very long process to go through, so you might as well use whatever time you have to prepare for your eventual immigration to and resettlement in the USA... And in conclusion for this Introductory Post, the Iraqi and Afghan LCA's have much in common and you both can learn from and support each other. In San Antonio Texas where there is the largest organized group of SIV's, there are several Iraqi and Afghan SIV's who are living together and saving lots of money on their living expenses because of it and many of them have become very close friends. Think about it, you both worked for the same employer, the USG (US Military), you both were in a war, you both have the same SIV Visa and gone through the same SIV Visa Process, and most importantly, you both speak English... I hope I have introduced myself to your satisfaction and I look forward to working with you in the future. Shuchron and Mas Salama...

PS: I speak much better pashto than I do Arabic. I only know a few words and phrases in Arabic but I'm doing the best I can to learn a word and phrase here and there. So please communicate with me in English and if your kind enough to teach me some Arabic, please also use the transliteration (I can read and write in Arabic, Farsi, and Pashto... but just because I know the letters does not mean that I know what a word means)... وصراحة الرجل قد تعامل بعدد هائل من الكيسات ومثلما جاء في رسالته المعنونه للاخوه العراقيين والملحقه في البند الثالث ادناه ( 3500 كيس ) وعلى الرساله التي وجهها حديثا بسبب عمله الصفحه الخاصه للعراقيين بعد ان كان قد اتمم صفحة الافغانيين او الذين عملوا مع الجيش الامريكي في افغانستان ولديه الخبره ثم انت مراح تخسر شيء والقرار لكم انتم اولا واخرا
