3- If it's okay to start, you have to pay $200 USD expenses for preparing your file ( translating, printing and DHL fees to Latvia ).
4- We will prepare your file and send it to our agent in Latvia.
5- After your file get approved in Latvia ( it take maximum two weeks ), we will make all arrangements for you to going to Latvia including official invitation for you to the Latvian embassy in your country to make sure %100 that you get the visa.
