اليوم وصلتني رسالة من ال iom متبشر بخير مفادها ان حالة ملفي معلق سؤالي هو هذه رسالة طبيعة اقصد هل يوجد احد من الاخوة الاعضاء سمع او استلم مثل رسالتي ، الرسالة هي
Deferral Letter

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
The International Organization for Migration writes to inform you that a final decision about your case has not yet been made. Your case has been deferred by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for the reason indicated in the attached letter.
Please understand that this deferral does not mean that your case has been denied. Decision deferrals indicate that further review of your eligibility for refugee resettlement in the United States is necessary.
Your case will continue to be processed. When there are updates on your case, and a final decision is made, you will be notified. Moreover please note NOT to sell your belongings, quit your job etc, since the International Organization for Migration will be contacting you two weeks prior to your departure date, as we can’t expect how much time it can take till you depart.

At this time, it is impossible to estimate how long it will take to make a final decision on your
case. The United States citizenship and Immigration services (uscls) will send you a letter
notifring you of the final decision on your application.
