the IOM and SIV program can close or not

as i know the SIV program is close ,but the IOM program is still open and never close because  its is a refugee not a migration  so its still open in all countries have a war or non-established security .
every one can applied to IOM program but you should have worked with US.army or any security station in iraq or in the world .
if you not worked with any company  and get threatened so you can't apply to IOM program but you can apply to UN program but you must be leave your country and go to nearest country on you its have a UN program  offices and open.like jordon ,lobnan ,turkish .
the process can take a more then 1.5 to 5 years this up to your case and your threaten story.

Hi gost of Baghdad
the SIV program is still active, but untile the end of September, after that they will work on the cases they have untill they finish it then the progam will be ended
Im 100% sure about this information & you can find it on the empassy website.
so if any one have completed a full one year now, or even before the end of September 2014 , they can apply.
for the IOM im not sure what is their workplan, but most probably they will keep working with Iraqi people for the next 5 years at least >>>that is my personal expectations

اخي العزيز عبد الله 2014 ا انا برسم الخدمة واعتذر عن اي خطا اقع به
ممثلية التصاريح للدفاع الوطني الامريكي قامت باصدار تصاريخ ل 2500 فيزا خاصة فقط منذ بداية سنه 2014 وتعهددت باغلاق ملف العراق نهائيا بمجرد اصدار جميع الفيز الخاصة لهم فقط وملف العراق اغلق رسميا منذ التاسع من سنه 2013 لمثل هكذا نوع من الفيزا اي الفيزا الخاصة للعراقيين ولك جزيل الشكر

عاشت ايدك يا ورد لكن الموضوع يخص الهجرة فقط ولا يشمل اللجوء 
وكل الكلام الذي ذكروه في الرابط اعلاه صحيح وهناك امل ضعيف في تمديد برنامج الهجرة لانه في شهر ايلول من هذا العام سوف ينتهي العمل به كونهم مخصصين 2500 فيزا فقط للعراقيين وفي حالة منحها جميعا سوف ينتهي العمل بها ولن يكون امل بالتجديد لكنهم لم يذكروا بانه سوف يتم الغاء برنامج الهجرة
SIV ولم يتطرقوا الى الغاء برنامج اللجوء IOM
عموما عاشت ايدك على الموضوع الرائع
