اخواني حقيقة راح انشرلكم الرد الي اجاني من المحامي قبل لانبلش باجراءات القضية بعد ماسالته على شغلة الدعوة وماهيه الخيارات الي ممكن تكون والفائدة والضرر من الدعوة
The two main options at this point are:
1. Every applicant could have any friends/family in the US contact their Congressional representatives and Senators. The Congressional representatives and Senators will then send inquiries to the Embassy. Sometimes that can prompt the Embassy to push the other agencies to get a case processed and finished.
2. The other option is filing a lawsuit. It might be possible to file a joint lawsuit (which would save you all money because you could split the legal fees). Whether you could file a joint lawsuit or would have to each file a lawsuit depends on how similar your situations are (e.g. all applied for the same category of SIV, been waiting for "admin processing" for similar lengths of time for no specific reason (i.e. you were simply told you are undergoing "administrative processing" and have clean backgrounds and there are no other complicating factors such as a criminal record, etc).
