هل برنامج SIV لحد الان مفتوح

السلام عليكم

هل برنامج الاس اي في ممكن التقديم عليه بالوقت الحالي؟

اذا ممكن التقديم بالوقت الحالي ,ماهي المستمسكات المطلوبة بالضبط؟ و اذا كان صاحب الطلب يريد التقديم لعائلة ,ماهي المستمسكات المطلوبة؟

الاخ العزيز Birch طبعا برنامج SIV لا يزال مفتوح لغاية 30/9 يعني يجب ان تقدم جميع الوثائق المطلوبة قبل هذا التاريخ ....وهذه اخر رسالة وصلتني يوم 4/9 تبين ما هو مطلوب منك طبعا انا لا يزال عندي نقص بالوثائق وحاليا اعمل على اتمامها والله كريم وبالتوفيق اخي العزيز
 



 
Dear Sir or Madam:
 
We received your letter of recommendation. Your supervisor did not give the following information:
 
Your badge number;
Your job location;
Your supervisor's current corporate, U.S. Government, or military phone number;
Your supervisor's opinion on whether or not you pose a threat to the national security and safety of the United States of America;
A statement affirming that the recommender is or was your direct supervisor;
 
Please have your recommending supervisor give you a new letter that includes the missing information.
 
Please provide verification of employment by, or on behalf of the U.S. Government in Iraq. A letter from your employer's Human Resources (HR) department confirming that you were employed by, or on behalf of the U.S. Government in Iraq starting on or after March 20, 2003 for at least twelve (12) months is required.
 
The HR letter must be on company letterhead, signed, dated, and must contain the following information:
 
Name:
Date of birth;
Job title;
Job location;
Start date(s) (MM-DD-YYYY);
End date(s) (MM-DD-YYYY);
Reason for separation if no longer employed;
Indication if there is any derogatory information on file for the applicant;
U.S. Government Contract Number;
Additional information which may be useful in processing this application;
Scripted name and email address of the individual providing the certification;
 
If the contracting company does not have an HR office, you may submit a letter on company letterhead signed and written by a Project Manager, Vice President, or any other senior official. If you worked directly for the U.S. military, a letter from the platoon leader or supervisor may be acceptable.
 
The HR letter should be emailed directly from your employer to IraqSIVApplication@state.gov. If your employer is no longer active you may submit the HR letter. The case number should be included in the subject line of the email.
 
Please submit a copy of your employee or identification badge(s) if available. If you are not able to submit a copy of your badge(s) please submit a short statement explaining why you cannot submit the badge(s).
 
Please submit a brief written statement, signed and dated, describing the threats you faced as a result of employment on behalf of the United States government in Iraq.
 
Please submit form DS-157
 
Please read and follow the attached instructions carefully when completing the form DS-157. If the form does not provide enough space for a response additional sheets of paper may be used.

The Chief of Mission (COM) requires the following biographica data:
 
First name;
Father's name;
Grandfather's name;
Family name (Tribe);
All other names/aliases;
Mother's name;
Nationality;
Date of birth;
Place of birth;
Gender;
Marital status;
Email address and/or phone number;
Work location (base or city and province);
Residence location (base or city and province).
 
Please e-mail a scanned copy of valid Iraqi G or A series passport to IraqSIVApplication@state.gov. If a passport is not available, you must submit a copy of your Shahadat Jensiya. All documents must be accompanied by an English translation. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator that the translation is accurate, and the translator is competent to translate.
 
 
IMPORTANT:
The deadline to submit your complete Chief of Mission (COM) application is on or before September 30, 2014.  The NVC must receive all of the required documents before September 30, 2014  or your application will not be considered complete and the applicant will no longer be eligible  for processing.

شكرا اخي العزيز متفائل جدا على الاجابة و المساعدة. 

اذا كان صاحب الطلب يريد التقديم لعائلته, هل يجب عليه ارسال وثائق افراد عائلته عند التقديم ام سيتم تقديم الاوراق في المرحلة الثانية.

هل الفورم 157 يتم تقديمه لصاحب الطلب فقط ام لكل شخص بالعائلة؟

اخواني و اخواتي الاعزاء, ممكن احد يساعدني بالجواب على سؤالي اذا شخص يريد يقدم اس اي في مع عائلته ,بالنسبة للفورم 157 يقدم بس للصاحب الطلب لوللكل العائلة؟

ارسل الفورم باسرع وقت  لان البرانامج سوف ينتهي في 30\9 من هذا العام   
المستمسكات  الجواز والفورم ومعلومات شخصية الاسم\ واسم الاب\ واسم الجد \واسم العشيرة\ ورقم الجواز\ ورقم الهاتف\ والالة الاجتماعية\ والمواليد\ والسكن \والقومية\ والايميل  لصاحب الملف فقط \ بعدما تحصل على موافقة رئيس البعثة سوف يرسلون لك رسالة يتبين فيها  باقي الاجراءات  والنواقص
