علما اني استلمت المغلف يوم 13 \10 شنو تفسيركم للرسالة وهل يجي بعد هذا الانتظار رفض وشكد يطول تقريبا التعليق علما اني كنت مستلم موافقة بسنة 2011 كانت مشروطة وسويت اعادة محلفين وبعدين اجاني تعليق
