السلام عليكم وبارك الله جهودكم الطيبه في هذا المنتدى
اريد ان اسأل في ما اذا عملت اقامه في الاردن ونقلت ملفي iom من بغداد ال عمان . وذلك للاسراع في تقدم المعامله و المقابلات. هل استيع ان ابقى في العراق واذهب الى عمان عل المقابلات . علما اني راسلت المنظمه و هيجي جاوبوني
Thank you for your e-mail kindly be informed that this program runs in three countries Baghdad , Amman , and Cairo .
Please be informed that if you wish to transfer you case to Amman , kindly note the following:
Processing Location: If you have tried to relocate to Jordan to access USRAP without success, and/or wish to be processed in Jordan in the future, please indicate this at the beginning of your message. Please note the following:
* If you are able to enter Jordan for USRAP, and you return to Iraq for any reason, your re-entry into Jordan is not guaranteed.
* All expenses, including airfare, housing, food, and other necessities are the responsibility of the applicant. No relocation expenses will be provided for you and/or the members of your family.
* Entry into Jordan does not guarantee refugee status will be granted.
* You must get the visa on your own and if didn’t get the approval then we will help to enter Jordan
* You must have an A passport type for your good self and all the family members. Please note that you can depart Iraq using a G passport.
* You are not allowed to leave Amman to any other country, and you can't go back to Iraq while your case is processing.
مكان البدء في فتح الملف:
اذا كنت قد سبق لك محاولة الانتقال الي الاردن للتقديم في البرنامج الامريكي لقبول اللاجئين (USRAP) دون جدوي وتود ان تبدأ في الاجراءات مستقبلا من الاردن يرجي توضيح ذلك فى بداية رسالتك مع مراعاة التالي:
-اذا كنت قد تمكنت من الدخول الي الاردن من اجل برنامج (USRAP) واضطررت للرجوع الي العراق لاي سبب فان دخولك مرة ثانية الي الاردن سوف يكون غير مضمون.
-ان كافة التكاليف شاملة تذكرة الطيران، السكن، الطعام و كافة الضروريات الاخري هى مسئولية المتقدم.
-لا يتم منح تكاليف الانتقال لك او لاي من افراد عائلتك.
-ان الدخول الي الاردن لا يعني ضمان قبولك كلاجئ

اخي دكتور هشام ١٠٠ هلا بيك بين اهلك وناسك انتقالك الى الاردن واقامتك به الى حين اكتمال كل الاجرات يعني حتى من ضمنها مقابلة المحلفين افضل لدعم وتقوية موقفك بالقضية وصراحة مقامرة كبيرة تبقى بالعراق وتاتي الى الاردن لغرض المقابلات واخواني الاعضاء مراح ايقصرون باابداء رايهم وخبرتهم من تجاربهم واحنا بالخدمة شتحتاج احنا حاضرين ...تحياتي
