السلام عليكم أخوان أدناه نص الرساله ألي أجتني بعد مقابلة المحلفين تقريبا 40 يوم ، وأريد اعرف من اصحاب الخبره انو هاي الرساله معناها المحلف موافق بس باقيه الامنيه أنتظار ؟ لو أصلا المحلف بعد ممنطي رأيه بالموضوع والقضيه قيد الانتظار ؟
ألي عنده معلومه عليه خلي يفيدني

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
The Baghdad Info Center writes to inform you that a final decision about your case has not yet been made. Your case has been deferred by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for the reason indicated in the attached letter.
Please understand that this deferral does not mean that your case has been denied. Decision deferrals indicate that further review of your eligibility for refugee resettlement in the United States is necessary.
Your case will continue to be processed. When there are updates on your case, and a final decision is made, you will be notified. It is not possible to estimate how long this will take.
You will find a scanned copy of your decision deferral letter attached to this email.
It is very important that your reply to this email (do not send a new, separate email) to confirm that you have received this email and the attached letter.
We can not proceed with your case until we have received a reply from you. When you reply please write the following:
“I confirm that I have received this email and the attached decision letter for my refugee case with the United States Refugee Admissions Program.”

وطبعا ب الاتاجمينت ذاكرين انو القضيه مالتك deferred لاحد الاسباب التالية
1- النظر بامكانية حصولك على اللجوء الى الولايات المتحده الامريكية.

الاثنين معا انتة داتنتظر قرار المحلف (الذي لم يصدر بعد) والامنية كذلك ولاعلاقة لاي واحدة بالاخرى يعني كل واحدة منفصلة عن الاخرى .... ولكن غالبا و99 بالمية تاتي موافقة المحلف مثل حالتك كونه لو اراد رفضك لكان قد رفضك منذ البداية اصلا وانما هو اجل النظر في قضيتك حتى يصله قرار من جهة اخرى ليطلع عليه ويبت بعدها بملفك...

أخي هاي موافقة مبدئية من المحلف بإنتظار إنتهاء التجييك الأمني قبل إجراءات السفر . وهي كليشه تجي لكل من وافق عليهم المحلفون .
أكدر أكول : مبروك .. والباقي صبر

هاي موافقة محلف مثل ما كال الاخ دايخ وينتضرون الامنية تجي يلة ينطوك موعد سفر...يعني اصبرلك فد مدة
