Dear Sir / Ma'am,
Concerning to your request as regards the Judiciary record and the police certificate from the four countries I have attended, I would highly appreciate if you take the mentioned point below in consideration which will clarify my status and make the situation more obvious… hoping that from your end you will advice how can this issue be facilitated to move on.
1- I had displaced from my origin governorate Baghdad down to Erbil because of the death threat, and here in this town:-
A- I'm passing throw terrible financial satiation which tides me and can't take over travels charges and costs to go to these 4 countries trying to get the Judiciary record and the police certificate.
B- My wife is pregnant and currently she gets into the seventh, I have no one here therefore I can't leave her alone (my whole family are in the USA).
2- Because of the death threat I can't risk and go back to Baghdad that in case there is chance to get the required documents done from there.
I understand that in this SIV program there are regulations and you are working accordingly, and on the other hand I know that this program has more humanitarian sides and aims, which may assist me and other people are in my same situation to accomplish their required paperwork properly.
From my side I tried to put on table my situation and will wait you advice and reply, hopping that I will be able to go forward in my application by your wisdom and recommendation.
