IMPORTANT: please be advised that your qualifying family members are the following: parents, spouse, children (any age, married or single), grandchildren (under 21 and single), brothers and sisters (any age, married or single), brothers and sisters’ spouses, and nieces and nephews (under 21 and single.) In order for grandchildren, nieces and nephews to qualify, they must be on the application with their parents. If you wish to include any of the above family members in your case and have not yet done so, please send us their biographical information and jensias IMMEDIATELY.
