السلام عليكم شلونكم عيني طبعا بعد مرور62 يوم تقريبا اجانه هذا الرد trafall later وطبعا انتو تدرون لانه اني نزلت موضوع بانه اتصلوا بكفيلتنه والكل كلي انه المحلف موافق مباشر علينه زين هاي شنو رائيكم بيه وهاي الرساله

The International Organization for Migration writes to inform you that a final decision about your case has not yet been made. Your case has been deferred by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for the reason indicated in the attached letter.
Please understand that this deferral does not mean that your case has been denied. Decision deferrals indicate that further review of your eligibility for refugee resettlement in the United States is necessary.
Your case will continue to be processed. When there are updates on your case, and a final decision is made, you will be notified. Moreover please note NOT to sell your belongings, quit your job etc, since the International Organization for Migration will be contacting you two weeks prior to your departure date, as we can’t expect how much time it can take till you depart.

هذا الرساله يعني المحلف موافق عليكم وهسة ملفكم بل التجييك الامني والتجييك الامني الي محد يعرف بي شكد يله يخلص
وره ميخلص التجييك الامني

هية هاية المشكلة هاية الكليشة محد يعرف شنو معناتها و العالم تقولو موافقة محلف ؟
إنشالا السفر القريب أختى العزيزة و الحمد لله ان الرسالة مو رفض , آني سمعت أكو هواية جايتهم هيجي رسالة و تالي إجتهم الموافقو و سافرو .
أنتي بنفسك رديتي علية من سألت نفس السؤال و قلتي انو معناها الرسالة المحلف ما قادر يتخذ قرار

اي اخي يمكن اني رديتلك بس والله دخت هسه لانه دتشوف الردود كله تكلي مبروك موافقه واني اللي ادري انه الدفيرال ليتر يعني تاجيل وهم كايلين لم يتخذ قرار بشان قضيتك زين لهنا اوكي العجيب بلموضوع انه قبل 3 اسبيع اتصلو بلكفيل وحجوا ويا علمود الشغل والاثاث والشقه لعد هاي شنو معناها :o :o مو والله شغله تحير اذا مكدروا ياخذون قرار لعد شكو اتصلو بلكفيل

أولا دعي القلق و إتفائلي لأن القلق ميفيد و أنشالا خير .
على حسب إعتقادي أنو الإتصال بالكفيل هية خطوة روتينية .
الموضوع محير جدا و رسالة ال Deferral إسمحولي أقول انها مو رسالة موافقة لأن نص الرسالة لا يحمل أي إشارة الى ذلك
و أرجو ان أكون على خطأ.
ال Deferral تعني الملف قيد الدراسة و القضية مؤجله و هية هاي
و الله كريم و تفرج إختي و لا تضوجين .
أعتقد أكو هواية إجتهم Deferral و سافروا

أختي العزيزة بوكي ....
آني صارلها فترة جايتني هاية الرسالة مال التأجيل و بصراحة تعبت من التفكير لأنو آني و عائلتي بخطر . و ماكو أي فكره على المدة المتوقعة بالرد بخصوص القضية و هنا , تكمن صعوبة الوضع لأن المقدم على الهجرة ما يعرف أذا ما تم رفض أو قبول طلب للهجرة و ماكو الا متابعة الموقع أو مراسلة منظمة الهجرة ال IOM على أمل يدزولك رسالة بخصوص القضية .
آني رأيي الشخصي و المنطقي انو ال Deferral طبعا أحسن من الرفض و يميل الى القبول أكثر من الرفض و نأمل خيرا .
آني أقول لا تيأسي و خلى عندكي أمل و راسليهم يجوز راح يردون عليكي برسالة مختلفة .
ما عليكي الا الانتظار

هل تختلف الإجراءات بين بغداد و عمان ؟ بالنسبة لل Deferral
عزيزي واخوية لا تدوخ نفسك هاي موافقة المحلف المبدئية لكنها مرتبطة باكتمال الاجراءات الامنية يعني تكدر تسميها مشروطة بعبارة اخرى موافقة مؤجلة لحين اكتمل الاجراءات الامنية وتره كلنا اهل بغداد تجينا هاي الرسالة وياها قرار المحلف ومؤشر بيها على المربع الاول ....اهل عمان يستلموها بظرف وتكدر ترجع للارشيف اكو هوايه جمعيات باسم استلام الظرف لاهل عمان بالتاريخ الفلاني وتكدر تشوف انو الكل تسميها موافقة ... لكن اكو بعض الناس يكولولهم انو المحلف ممنطي بيكم قرار او قضيتكم قيد الدراسة اعتقد ذولة شغلتهم غير شكل ويا ريت اهل عمان ينورونا بهل شغلة تحياتي
