يمكن اني اخر وحد مقدم على SIV دزيت الايميل اول مرة بتاريخ 25/7/2013 واليوم اجاني جواب منهم
ارجو من اصحاب الخبرة الكرام ان يساعدوني في الجواب على طلباتهم

Dear M:
Thank you for your interest in the Special Immigrant Visa Chief of Mission Approval (SIVCOM) Program.
Please provide verification of employment by, or on behalf of the U.S. Government in Iraq. A letter from your employer's Human Resources (HR) department confirming that you were employed by, or on behalf of the U.S. Government in Iraq starting on or after March 20, 2003 for at least twelve (12) months is required.
The HR letter must be signed, dated, and must contain the following information:
Name:
Date of birth;
Job title;
Job location;
Start date(s) (MM-DD-YYYY);
End date(s) (MM-DD-YYYY);
Reason for separation if no longer employed;
Indication if there is any derogatory information on file for the applicant;
U.S. Government Contract Number;
Additional information which may be useful in processing this application;
Scripted name and email address of the individual providing the certification;
If the contracting company does not have an HR office, you may submit a letter on company letterhead signed and written by a Project Manager, Vice President, or any other senior official. If you worked directly for the U.S. military, a letter from the platoon leader or supervisor may be acceptable.
The HR letter should be emailed directly from your employer to IraqSIVApplication@state.gov. If your employer is no longer active you may submit the HR letter. The case number should be included in the subject line of the email.
The National Visa Center reviewed the letter of recommendation you submitted and we noted that (SUPERVISOR'S NAME) did not provide the following information:
Specific start date of supervision;
Specific end date of supervision;
Supervisor's name, signature, title, corporate or U.S.
Government/military email address and phone number and;
That the recommender is/was your direct supervisor
Please have your recommending supervisor give you his/her revised letter of recommendation containing the above information.
While reviewing the submitted DS-157, Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application, we noted that the following questions are incomplete:
Question 10: List all countries that have issued you a passport.
Question 12: 15, 17 require full dates (month/day/year).
Please read and follow the attached instructions carefully when completing the form DS-157. If the form does not provide enough space for a response additional sheets of paper may be used.
The form DS-157 can be downloaded from the following website:

The following information is required to permit the Chief of Mission (COM) designee to make a determination on your COM application:
Please indicate what you were doing from 2009 to present.
Please include all education, employment or travel during the time period indicated above.
NOTE: If you were unemployed or not attending school, please send a brief explanation.
Please submit a brief written statement, describing the threats you faced as a result of employment on behalf of the United States government in Iraq. The Threat statement must be signed and dated.
If your email address changes, please notify the National Visa Center (NVC) as soon as possible with your new email address.
If at any time you no longer wish to pursue your Chief of Mission (COM) application, please notify us immediately of your decision by sending an email to IraqSIVapplication@state.gov.

بعدين بالنسبة لأسئلة DS157 اني مكاتب التواريخ بالايام هاي مو مشكلة
الكيس نمبر اللي ذاكرة هو كم رقم مفروض يكون وبالنسبة للاحرف كم واحد لازم يكون
اسف على الاطالة وارجو المساعدة

انت وين جنت من البرنامج خلص يلله تقدم , على العموم ما اعتقد عندك وكت كافي لان بقه شهر ونص فقط والموافقه من نبراسكا وحدهه مرات تاخذ خمسين يوم اعرف واحد صارله 55 يوم والموافقه مال نبراسكه مواصلته

يردون منك رساله التوظيف والتوصيه مال السوبر فايزر على ان تحتوي على المعلومات اللي طالبيه من بدايه عملك واسمك ونهايه عملك وليش خلص عملك هذه طبعا السوبر فايزر يكتبه مثل ما يردون انت بس انطيه اسمك مثل الجواز والتواريخ ولاتنسه يذكر بالتوصيه انه انت تعرضت للتهديد اثناء العمل
(مهمه) ds157 اكو موضوع بقسم اهم مواضيع ماقبل السفر خاص باملاء الاستمارات
واتوكل بالله البرنامج متمدد سنه وماعليك بالحجي

عمري الاخ Mj أنا نفس حالتك قدمت على ال SIVقبل 20 يوم لحد الان ماكو رد علية .أنا مثلك هم ماعندي تأييد عمل من ال gls بقية اوراقي كاملة
وعندي توصية من الضابط الاميركي . شنو الاخبار هل حصلت انت تأييد عمل من ال gls ؟ لأن كل الاميلات الي حصلته تطلع
كلها مغلقة رغم هي بأسم الاسم الجديد للاGLS اللي هو Engility الفات مات الغلط غلطي لان احنا كنا بنصهم ومأخذنا تأييد عمل من ال GLS
الله ارحم الراحمين . شنو خوية شجاوبت السفارة حصلت التأييد ودزيته الهم لو لا ؟ وشجاوبتهم اذا ما حصلت التأييدVerification of Employment
رجاءا تنقذني بالتواصل معي وأنا ما أقصر عنك ان شاء الله تعالى بالمراحل القادمة من المعاملة للا SIV أو IOM
اذا نحصل الاميلات مال شركة GLS ادزهن لك استاذ وانت رجاءا اذا حصلت بلكي ادزهن لي

السلام عليكم اخي العزيز
اني لحد الان ما حصلت جواب من الGLS وطبعا الخيرين ما يقصرون تقريبا كل يوم احصل على ايميل شكل واراسلهم بس لحد الان ماكو اي جواب منهم واني اجاني جواب من السفارة طبعا يطلبون بيه الاج ار لتر واني جاوبتهم انه اذا عدهم اي اتصال بالGLS يبلغوني بس بعد ما حصلت جواب منهم لان اول مرة اجاني جوابهم ورة عشرين يوم وهسة بعدني انتظر رحمة الله
وانشاء الله نبقى على التواصل المستمر على الاقل اكو واحد بنفس المرحلة يتابع وياك
