اخواني واخواتي الاعزاء اليوم وصلني موعد للمقابلة وتعليمات بالشغلات اللي لازم احضرها واخذها وياي ومن ضمن التعليمات ايكولون لازم اسوي الفحص الطبي واخذ النتائج بمغلف وياي للمقابلة المقابلة الاسبوع الجاي وما اعرف وين اسوي الفحص الطبي ولا همة كايلين وين اروح ؟

اخي brayanzix هذا رقم عيادة اور اذا تريد واكو مستشفى ابن البيطار بس تعذرني مااعرف ارقامهم انتظر شوية فد يوم لو يومين يدزولك ملف بي دي اف بيه معلومات عن المستشفيات ومكاتب الدي اج ال على كل حال انت تكدر تروح كبل للفحص تاخذ
1- 4 صور 50x50 اي 2 انج x 2 انج كله للمصور هو راح يعرفهن
2-عدد 4 نسخ من الصفحة اللي محدديلك بيها المقابلة
3-عدد 4 نسخة جواز
4-عدد 4 نسخة الجنسية
5- 300 $
وبالتوفيق واستعجل يمعود لان لازم الفحص وياك من تروح للمقابلة لتنسى تروح المكتب دي اج ال تاخذ وصل حتى تسلمه ويه الفحص والجواز

هذا المبلغ للشخص البالغ الواحد هو عبارة عن 160 اجور فحص و140 لقاحات بالنسبة للاطفال ماادري اتصل بالعيادة وهو يطيك التفاصيل اعتقد لازم تجيبون دفتر لقاحات للاطفال

Every immigrant visa applicant is required to undergo a medical examination by a physician authorized by the
U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. Only two clinics are authorized to conduct medical examinations- please see the information below. Please contact the clinics directly to arrange an appointment. The National Bank of Iraq is located on Al-Sadoon St. - Ferdows Sq. (near the gas station I opposite to Al-Alawiah Club (Sheraton and Le Meridian Hotels).
Applicants must provide the following documentation when they appear for their examination:
• Recent passport-sized photographs (4 copies)
• Color photocopies of passport (3 copies)
• Color photocopies of identification card (3 copies)
• Appointment letter from NVC showing that you have a scheduled visa interview (3 copies)
• Immunization records if available
• All past medical reports and current medications, if any
