هل هناك أخبار حول تمديد برنامج ال siv ومتى يتم ألتصويتي عليه من قبل الكونكرس رجاء

The one year extension has been inserted as an Amendment into the Defense Appropriations Act of 2014. This is the law that funds the military. The House of Representatives has already passed it with the SIV Amendment and sent it to the Senate. the chances that the Senate will remove it is ZERO. And never before has Congress failed to pass the annual Defense Appropriations Act. It will get passed within the next few weeks, but no latter than then end of October. There is also a SIV Extension that has been inserted into the "Continuing Resolution" to temporaily fund the Government that is used to finace the Government on 90 day rotations while the Republicans and Democrats fight over the long-term budget. Like I said, you will probablly see a temporary suspension to the SIV Program, but it will not permanently expire like everyone is worried about. But everyone in Iraq should also know that the "IOM Direct Access Refugee Program for Iraqis with USG
Affliations" has no expiration date at all and and SIV Applicant can also have a IOM case at the same time. So an easy fix is to also submit a IOM Application Packet...

السلام عليكم اخوان اني عندي سؤال اني من المقدمين علئ برنامج siv وعندي موعد مقابلة في شهر العاشر والبرنامج ينتهي نهاية شهر 9-2013 شنو الموضوع سالت السفاره كالو ماعدنا معلومات علي التمديد ممكن احد عنده معلومات حول التمديد لو فعلا سينتهي طيب واذا تمت المقابلة معناها ممكن احصل علي الفيزا لو لا

اخوية شوكت سلام شوكت نطوك الموعد اني مكمل كل اوراقي ودا انتظر موعد بس ما حددولي دزيت استفسار على موقع السفارة جاوبوني ميقابلون احد بعد لان راح ينتهي البرنامج الا في حال يتمدد انتة دتراسلهم شيكولولك ؟

البرنامج ضايفييلة تمديد لمدة سنة ومدخليهة كفقرة ضمن الميزانية وعبر التصويت الاول وان شاء الله ينقر في اقرب وقت..
