بعد ان قرأت كثيرا حول مبلغ الويلكوم وانه اصبح 1100 دولار بدلا من 900 قررت ان ارسل هذه الشكوى الى الفرع الرئيسي للمنظمة المسؤوله عنا هنا

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you a compliant against the refugee resettlement office in Harrisonburg, Virginia. the subject of the compliant is about the welcome cash that granted by the government of the united state to the Iraqi refugees, please read this link

Dear ,
The required distribution of the $1,100 is outlined at http://www.state.gov/g/prm/rls/text/140242.htm. The relevant information is noted below:
Section 8.E.1
Subsection b
Paragraph 2 (a), (a) (i) and (a) (ii)
(a) At least $1,100.00 is to be used to cover payments made by the affiliate to or on behalf of individual refugees for cash disbursement or for material goods, as needed, to meet the requirements of the program;
(i) No less than $900.00 of this $1,100.00 must be spent on behalf of the refugee by the affiliate to which the refugee is originally assigned during that refugee’s R&P service delivery period;
(ii) Up to $200.00 of this $1,100.00 may be spent on behalf of other vulnerable refugees assigned to the same affiliate who have unmet needs during their R&P period
In summary, each refugee is to get at least $900, and the additional $200 is to be held to be spent on refugees with greater unmet needs.
