Hello,

You must either submit a new CO M A pproval letter or proof that your original CO M A pproval letter has been reinstated.  Unfortunately I cannot extend your deadline, but please be advised that this SIV program does not require a fee.  If you receive a new COM approval letter after the 30-day deadline, you may submit a new I-360 petition.

Once your deadline arrives, we will render a decision.  You will be informed of a decision at this email address.

Hello Sir.  I am an Immigration Services Officer at the Nebraska Service Center and I have reviewed the evidence submitted on behalf of your Form I-360, USGE petition you filed on …………. 2010, which was approved on …………., 2010.
 
The Chief of Mission (COM) approval letter upon which your petition was approved has been revoked by the Department of State.  As such, it appears that your I-360 should be revoked.  However, the Service is granting an additional period of time for you to submit a valid COM approval letter on your behalf.  I am sending the “Notice of Intent to Revoke” as an attachment in order to expedite the matter.

كبل ساعة رحت وديت مسلفرين للمطار وسألت جماعة السكيورتي هناك البارحة سافروا خمسة من جماعة الــــــــ SIV يعني فد شي كلش فرحني ويارب الكل ايفرحون بلكي الله انفتحت الفيز كولوا يا الله ياقريب الفرج فرجهه على جماعة الـــ SIV و الرفيوجي.....

صباح الخير على أحلى كروب و أنشاء الله الكل ايفرحون ويسمعون أخبار حلوة من السفارة وخصوصا جماعة الــــــ SIV ... أخواني وأخواتي الاعزاء أني قابلت يوم 20-12-2010 ولحد هسه ماكو شي واريد اراسل السفارة ممكن تكتبولي العنوان الي أكدر أسال على الكيس مالتي ولكم الاحترام والتقدير.
