اخبار و نشاطات المؤسسات الكنسية / رد: مار حنا زورا مطرانا لابرشية مار ادي الكلدانية الجديدة في كندا
« في: 20:22 11/06/2011 »It was the weekend of May 27th in which his grace, Patriarch Mar Emmanuel III Delly, had visited the Good Shepherd Chaldean Church of Toronto for its consecration; and upon his arrival he bestowed his many blessings onto our community and parish and filled it with great happiness. It is with great honor and gladness in my heart that I write today on behalf of every student and teacher of the Good Shepherd Chaldean school, to sincerely congratulate one of the most: humble, Down to earth, children loving, respected community leader, and a father full of grace, Archbishop Hanna Zora. The Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, through his beatitude accredited the SE Archbishop Hanna Zora as the first bishop of the new Eparchy of Canada, under the title of the Mar Addai of the chaldeans of Toronto; which was established upon the consultation with the Holy See, by the synod of bishops of the patriarchal chaldean church; while retaining his title as Archbishop. This news is without surprise to us, students and teachers of Good Shepherd Chaldean school, for saydna Hanna Zora truely deserves all the best and respect as of the result of his successful skills in community-building and collaboration, along with all his of hard work and never ending prayers for everyone across the world and in leading his parish in the direction of christ. He has been and still is leading a significant project for the chaldean education in the Church of Toronto, for maintaining our Chaldean language and enstilling in our students hearts the fear of God.
We thank you for every prayer and every blessing. With every good wish for God’s blessings, and with our prayers to the virgin Mary and Her beloved son Jesus Christ, may God protect you from all harm, give you strength to fulfill your Holy duties and bless you. You are our father and our leader and always will be!
Sincerely, Maryam Alkass
A student of the Good Shepherd Chaldean School of Toronto.
