Regarding your request to add a new sponsor, please note that your suggested U.S. tie should be someone you have established contact with and is willing to be your sponsor. He/she also must be residing inside the United States. If you have a U.S. tie with the aforementioned requirements, please send us the below required information:
- Full name
- Correct address (This should be a detailed address: "including house number, street name, city name, State name, State code and postal code, if available".
- Correct contact number(s) (Including cell phone, home land line, work phone… etc)
- Relationship to principle applicant
- Preference with respect to other suggested sponsors (if any)
Also, if you have other family members with cases linked to your case, please specify whether they want to add the same sponsor or not.
Kindly note that changing your U.S.-tie preferences would require a new agreement with possibly a new voluntary agency. Canceling your current agreement and replacing it with a new one can take up to 4 months or more. Kindly acknowledge that you are aware of this information and that you accept the delays involved.
