البيان التأسيسي للهيئة العليا لتأسيس برلمان بلاد آشور
ان الاوضاع المزرية التي يمر بها شعبنا الآشوري على ارضه في بلاد آشور وحالة الاحباط والتردي التي يمر بها شعبنا الابي إذ يتطلب منا جميعا ان نكون على قدر المسؤولية للعمل والتضحية من اجل خلاص امتنا وشعبنا الآشوري من العبودية والتشتت والضياع على أرضه التأريخية وفي بلدان الاغتراب.
وبما انه يتحتم علينا ان نكون اوفياء لامتنا واجدادنا العظماء الذين تركوا بصماتهم للبشرية جمعاء في كل المجالات بدءاً من العلوم والثقافة والايمان وانتهاءأً بالقوانين والادارة والنظام، ومن اجل شهدائنا الابرار الذين ضحوا بارواحهم ودمائهم الزكية من اجل قضية شعبنا وحقوقنا المشروعة على ارض اجدادنا، لابد من ان نخطو إلى الأمام في الاتجاه الصحيح لإنشاء قيادة شرعية منتخبة بطرق ديمقراطية لا بالكلام فقط الا بالافعال ايضا كي تكون هذه القيادة قادرة على ملء الفراغ الذي يعاني منه شعبنا الآشوري منذ اكثر من الفين عام، من احتلال لاراضيه الى عمليات القتل والتهجير واغتصاب املاكه وجعله اقلية دينية في وطنه ومحو تراثه وحضارته.
لذا نعلن في هذا اليوم العظيم - السابع من آب، يوم الشهيد الآشوري - يوماً للوفاء لشهدائنا الابرار ولشعبنا وأمتنا الآشورية ونعلن فيه نحن ممثليات شعبنا الآشوري في آشور ودول المهجر - بتشكيل الهيئة العليا لتأسيس برلمان بلاد آشور وذلك لمواصلة العمل على إنشاء قيادة شرعية ديمقراطية منتخبة تشمل كل كيانات ابناء شعبنا في بلادنا الحبيبة آشور وفي كافة انحاء العالم.
وهدفنا الوحيد هنا هو تاسيس برلمان بلاد آشور كي يكون الرادع الرئيسي لسياسات التهميش والالغاء والقتل والتهجير التي تطال ابناء شعبنا في بلاد آشور العظيمة وصولا الى المطالبة بحقوقنا المشروعة المسلوبة على أرضنا التأريخية ارض الحضارة الإنسانية أرض آشور.
كما اننا في الهيئة العليا لتأسيس برلمان بلاد آشور نعلن بأننا سنعمل ونتحالف مع كل جهة تؤمن بالثوابت القومية الآشورية كالاسم الآشوري والأرض الآشورية التي بنى الانسان الآشوري عليها ارقى الحضارات التي عرفتها البشرية حتى يومنا هذا.
ومن خلال هذا البيان التأسيسي ندعو كافة ابناء شعبنا ومؤسساتنا الآشورية بدون استثناء المشاركة الفعالة بممثلين في البلدان المقيمين فيها في الهيئة العليا لتأسيس برلمان بلاد آشور من اجل تحقيق الهدف الذي طال انتظاره لآلاف السنين.

Founding Statement of the Supreme Body for
Establishing the Parliament of the Land of Assyria
The miserable conditions that our Assyrian people are going through on their land in Assyria and the state of frustration and deterioration that our proud people is going through require all of us to be up to the responsibility to work and sacrifice for the salvation of our nation and our Assyrian people from slavery, dispersal and loss on their historical land and in the countries of expatriation.
Since it is imperative for us to be loyal to our nation and our great ancestors who left their mark on all of humanity in all fields, starting with science, culture and faith and ending with laws, administration and order, and for the sake of our righteous martyrs who sacrificed their lives and blood for the cause of our people and our legitimate rights on the land of our ancestors, we must move forward in the right direction to establish a legitimate leadership elected in democratic ways, not only with words but also with actions, in order for this leadership to be able to fill the void that our Assyrian people have been suffering from for more than two thousand years with occupation of their lands, killings, displacement and usurpation of their property, making them a religious minority in their homeland and erasing their heritage and civilization.
Therefore, we declare on this great day - the seventh of August, the Assyrian Martyr's Day - a day of loyalty to our righteous martyrs and to our people and our Assyrian nation, that we, the representatives of our Assyrian people in Assyria and Diaspora, announce the formation of the supreme Body for Establishing the Parliament of the Land of Assyria, in order to continue working to establish a legitimate, democratic, elected leadership that includes all the entities of our people in our beloved country, Assyria and throughout the world.
Our only goal here is to establish the parliament of the Land of Assyria to be the main deterrent to the policies of marginalization, abolition, killing and displacement that affect our people in the great country of Assyria to claim our legitimate rights, that are usurped on our historical land, the land of human civilization, the land of Assyria.
As we declare here in the supreme Body for Establishing the Parliament of the Land of Assyria, we will work and ally with all organizations that believe in the Assyrian national constants, such as the Assyrian name and the Assyrian land on which the Assyrian people built the greatest civilizations known to mankind to this day.
Through this founding statement, we call upon all our Assyrian people and organizations, without exception, to actively participate with representatives in the countries in which they reside to be a part of the supreme Body for Establishing the Parliament of the Land of Assyria to achieve the long-awaited goal for thousands of years.
