تحيّةً قوميّةً آشوريّةً أمّا بعد:
نحنُ مجموعةٌ قوميّةٌ أشوريّةٌ من جميعِ أديانِ وطوائفِ شعبِنا الآشوريّ انبثقتْ من صلب المعاناةِ للقيام بمهمّةٍ قوميّةٍ آشوريّةٍ لخدمة شعبِنا، في مرحلةٍ حرجةٍ ومفصليّةٍ يمرُّ بها شعبُنا على أرض آشورَ المحتلّةِ وفي كلّ أرجاءِ العالمِ والذي تمّ تهجيرُه قسراً من وطنهِ الأم إلى دول الاغترابِ التي تهدّدُ كيانَنا بخطرِ الانصهارِ... لذلك فقد حانَ الوقتُ للإعلانِ عن التجمّعِ الآشوريّ المستقلِّ الوليدِ، لأنّ ما بعدَ جريمةِ مذبحةِ بغديدا المروّعةِ ( الثلاثاء الأسود 26 ايلول 2023) لن يكونَ كما قبلَها فبعدَ هذه الجريمةِ المدبّرةِ في بغديدا أخذْنا على عاتِقنا العملَ بإصرارٍ لرفعِ قضيّتنا الآشوريّة إلى حيثُ يجبُ أن تكونَ لذا نطالبُ بما يلي :
أولاً - الاعترافُ بالشّعبِ الآشوريّ كشعبٍ أصيلٍ في العراقِ موطنِه الأصليّ.
ثانياً – تدويلُ قضيّة جريمةِ مذبحةِ بغديدا بتحقيقٍ دوليّ وبإشرافِ محقّقينَ دوليّينَ.
ثالثاً - العملُ على تدويلِ القضيّةِ الآشوريّةِ والمطالبةُ بالحمايةِ الدّوليةِ. وإعادة فتحِ ملفّها في الأمم المتحدةِ.
رابعاً – المطالبةُ باستثناءِ محافظةِ نينوىٰ من المادة 140 من الدّستورِ العراقيّ .
خامساً– العملُ على أن تكونَ قراراتُ الحمايةِ الدّوليّة على أساس الهدفِ الآتي.
إقامةُ إقليمِ آشورَ الفدراليّ ضمنَ جمهوريّة العراقِ وعلى أرضنا التاريخيّةِ المقدسةِ كحدٍّ أدنى لا تراجعَ عنه وهو أساسُ نضالِنا الذي حملْناهُ على عاتـقِـنا كأعضاءٍ في التّجمعِ الآشوريّ المستقلِّ ،
وانطلاقاً منه سنعملُ على تحقيقِ هذا الهدفِ من خلال العملِ معَ كلّ القوى الآشوريّةِ الفاعلةِ، ضمنَ استراتجيّةٍ موحّدةٍ لإعادةِ حقِّنا في أرض آشور.
سادساً - مطالبةُ الحكومةِ العراقيّةِ بإصدارِ قانونٍ بالاعترافِ بمذبحةِ سميلَ 1933 والتي ارتُكبتْ بحقّ شعبِنا الآشوريّ ويتضمّنُ إعادةُ جميعِ الأراضي والقرىٰ الاَشوريّةِ إلى أهلِها المهجّرينَ من العراقِ، وإعادةُ الجنسيّةِ العراقيّةِ لهم معَ كاملِ حقوقِهم المشروعةِ وهذهِ خطوةٌ تتكاملُ معَ مطلبِنا بحقوقِنا القوميٍةِ الآشوريّةِ كحدٍّ أدنى. وعبرَ البيانِ التأسيسيّ هذا آملينَ أن نلتقي بهدفِنا معَ إخوتِنا الآخرين للعملِ الميدانيّ و الجوهريّ في هذهِ المرحلةِ المصيريّةِ، و خصوصاً بعدَ انتهاءِ معاهدةِ سايكس بيكو السئيّةِ الصّيتِ والتي قامتْ على حسابِ حقِّ شعبِنا الآشوريّ في أرضهِ التاريخيّةِ .

Statement of the Independent Assyrian Gathering.
An Assyrian national greetings
We are an Assyrian national group from all the religions and sects of our Assyrian people that emerged from the core of suffering to carry out an Assyrian national mission to serve our people, at a difficult and critical stage that our people are going through in the occupied land of Assyria and in all parts of the world, who were forcibly displaced from their motherland to the countries of exile that threaten our existence with danger of Fusion... Therefore, the time has come to announce the formation of independent Assyrian group, because of what has become after the horrific crime of the Baghdida massacre (Black Tuesday, September 26, 2023) life will not be the same as before. After this planned crime in Baghdida, we took it upon ourselves to work with determination to raise our Assyrian cause to where it belongs. Therefore, we demand the following:
First - Recognizing the Assyrian people as an original authentic people in Iraq, on their original homeland.
Second - Internationalizing the Baghdida massacre crime case by an international investigation and under the supervision of international investigators.
Third - Working to internationalize the Assyrian issue and demanding international protection. And reopening its files at the United Nations organization.
Fourth - Demanding the exclusion of Nineveh Governorate from Article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution.
Fifth: Working and demanding to ensure that international protection decisions are based on the following goal.
Establishing the federal region of Assyria within the Republic of Iraq and on our sacred historical land as an irreversible minimum, and it is on the basis of our struggle that we have undertaken as members of the independent Assyrian group.
Based on it, we will work to achieve this goal by working with all the active Assyrian forces, within a unified strategy to restore our rights on the land of Assyria
Sixth - Demanding the Iraqi government to issue a law recognizing the Semele massacre of 1933, which was committed against our Assyrian people, which includes the return of all Assyrian lands and villages to their people who were displaced from Iraq, and the return of Iraqi citizenship to them with all their legitimate rights. This is a step that integrates with our demand for our Assyrian national rights as a whole. Through this founding statement, we hope to meet our goal with our other brothers for achieving the substantive work at this crucial stage, especially after the end of the infamous Sykes-Picot Treaty, which was established at the expense of the rights of our Assyrian people to their historic land.

Deuxièmement – Reconnaître le peuple assyrien comme un peuple authentique en Irak, sur leur patrie d'origine.
Premièrement – Internationaliser l’affaire du crime du massacre de Baghdida par une enquête internationale et sous la supervision d’enquêteurs internationaux.
Troisièmement – Travailler à l’internationalisation de la question assyrienne et exiger une protection internationale. Et rouvrir ses dossiers à l'organisation des Nations Unies.
Quatrièmement – Exiger l'exclusion du gouvernorat de Ninive de l'article 140 de la Constitution irakienne.
Cinquièmement : Travailler et exiger pour garantir que les décisions en matière de protection internationale soient fondées sur l’objectif suivant.
Établir la région fédérale de l'Assyrie au sein de la République d'Irak et sur notre terre historique sacrée comme un minimum irréversible, et c'est sur la base de notre lutte que nous avons entreprise en tant que membres du groupe assyrien indépendant.
Sur cette base, nous travaillerons pour atteindre cet objectif en travaillant avec toutes les forces assyriennes actives, dans le cadre d'une stratégie unifiée pour restaurer nos droits sur la terre d'Assyrie.
Sixièmement – Exiger du gouvernement irakien qu'il promulgue une loi reconnaissant le massacre de Sémélé de 1933, commis contre notre peuple assyrien, qui comprend la restitution de toutes les terres et villages assyriens à leurs habitants déplacés d'Irak et le retour de la citoyenneté irakienne. à eux avec tous leurs droits légitimes. Il s’agit d’une étape qui s’intègre à notre revendication de nos droits nationaux assyriens dans leur ensemble.
